Scale Distribution Limited is a Customs Authorised Economic Operator and approved to operate a Type A Customs Warehouse under Approval Number A2106477GB.
This allows the company to store goods belonging to 3rd party depositors which are not in free circulation within the EU without Customs Duties & Import VAT having been paid. Typically these will be goods which have been imported, but are stored under bond Duty & VAT unpaid, pending instruction.
Scale Distribution operate a Public Warehouse and, as such, have obligations as a warehousekeeper for the safe storage and control of bonded stock.
In addition Scale Distribution will undertake customs clearance of bonded stock at import and before removal from its bonded warehouse
